MY MANIFESTO

Our environment, our economy and even our internal landscapes are experiencing a dramatic upheaval.

The Industrial Revolution is history. The New Age is old news. We’re overwhelmed by the incessant hum of the Information Age. We hear flickers + whispers of The Age of Innovation — a Second Renaissance, where creativity is king — but it just makes us want to watch TV.

We simply won’t win — or fulfill even a glimmer of our greatness — if we continue to live, work + lead  the way we always have.

Now, more than ever, the secret weapon in our careers + companies comes through developing, honoring and challenging people.  People with unique skills. People with diverse talents. People who genuinely want to be of service, and who want the path to greatness to be joyful. People like you — and the people you lead.

When we give ourselves permission to be fully-expressed, we become fully-engaged. Commitment is no longer a duty — it’s a divine privilege. Conversations are no longer banter + small talk — they’re catalysts for transformation. Wellness is no longer measured in gym visits and body-fat ratios — it’s a way of being. Strategy is no longer something to be hammered + pecked at — but an integrated credo to live by.

When we realize that commitment, conviction + courage are the ultimate currency, we budget and allocate resources on an entirely different level. Call it spiritual. Call it enlightened. Or just call it liberation.
