In November, I’ll celebrate my 5th year in business.  When I think about the evolution of my business over these past several years, it’s freaking mind boggling.  Like many entrepreneurs, I’ve hit some very high highs, and also seriously low lows.  I’ve had profound moments of shaken faith, worried that I wouldn’t be able to stay in business.  I’ve had $31 in my business checking account, having put every dollar I had back into my business.  I’ve created wonderful client relationships, and also some not so wonderful.

Today, my practice is thriving and I’ve accomplished my original objectives. I’ve built my coaching practice the old fashioned way – through my commitment to having conversations that stimulate change and make a difference for people willing to have them. No tricks, no crazy marketing schemes. There is nothing that will ever take the place of a commitment to engagement in the act of relationship development through conversations.

I’ve hired coaches, taken training courses, and sought out mentors.  I’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars on my own personal development. The investment has paid off. I’m now in the top 5% of coaches who make 6-figures + by helping people live fully expressed lives. I’m one of a closely- knit circle of world-class coaches, from whom I draw incredible wisdom and insight.

In March of this year, I formed a Coaching Academy, in order to give back some of what I’ve learned.  I’m honored to be coaching 6 people who enrolled in the Academy until March of 2012.  I’m teaching them my most closely held secrets, which has resulted in an unleashing of themselves as powerful, profitable coaches.  This is a group program, and I find myself craving a more intimate interaction.

My practice is essentially full, so I won’t be opening another Academy right now.  Instead, I’ve decided to open up my practice to one ROCK STAR position.  This opening will be reserved for the person who wants to duplicate my success as a coach.  I will be teaching, training, coaching, mentoring, and consulting with this one person for one year.  My entire business will be cracked open and squeezed for every drop of wisdom that has helped to create its success.

I will support you, my Apprentice, in extraordinary ways while you efficiently avoid the mistakes I made (many), skipping time wasters and smashing through the barriers that fear creates. I will teach you how you can create clients.  I will deliver insights directly to you – through your own work with me – so that you can viscerally FEEL them as your clients do.
